Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave — 9 month contract)

Your Role

At Scooter Marketing, a division of Scooter, we do things a little differently. We understand that businesses find resourcing a quality marketing function challenging. They want it all – the skills of an entire marketing team but with the budget for just a single head. We get the challenge. Which is why we offer a full marketing team designed to be outsourced so clients can get all our expertise under one roof. This role is integral to that team and the success of our clients.

What You’ll Do

As Marketing Manager at Scooter, you’ll be setting the marketing plan and budget for our marketing clients, while helping to keep their wide range of marketing projects on track. Using your project management skills to tackle the varied and diverse client base. As a heavily client-facing role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with clients of all levels. Together with the rest of the Scooter team you’ll learn and understand their ambitions and goals in order to develop strategic plans and develop budgets and initiatives that deliver results – all while keeping them updated on progress. On top of this you’ll be a quarterback for quality control, making sure all assets and copy are up to the highest standard before passing them on.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a range of solutions including website and digital media marketing, reports and analytics. Working closely with our content creators and digital marketing specialists, plus designers, producers and account managers, you’ll help brief quality and meaningful projects that make an instant impact. You’ll have the opportunity to see your marketing plans through from idea to implementation, working both internally and externally to make sure targets are met, plus have a proactive role in putting together proposals and presentations to seek out new opportunities and projects.
