Account Manager

Your Role

Scooter is on the hunt for a skilled Account Manager to be the primary contact for one of our top-tier clients.

Working with the Account Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue and managing the client’s day-to-day contacts and projects.

You will take charge of briefing creative projects to our studio, managing budgets, time frames and deadlines while being accountable for the overall quality of work and building a trusting relationship with the client.

What You’ll Do

Summary of duties include, but are not limited to, the below:

  • Along with the Account Director, act as the primary interface between the client and rest of the team 
  • Responsible for setting and managing client expectations 
  • Responsible for briefing projects into the studio 
  • Understand the design/strategic task briefed by the client and coordinate and brief design teams 
  • Responsible for assisting with the presentation of proposals and subsequent creative presentations in association with the Scooter team 
  • Proactive in looking for new business opportunity within existing client base 
  • Responsible for developing an understanding of the client’s business and having a clear understanding of their objectives, goals and future plans. 
  • Accountable for building solid, trusted relationships with clients, responsibility for all day-to-day client matters 
  • Assist clients in writing briefs and developing written content 
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is preferable 
  • Very strong attention to detail 
  • Highly articulate and excellent written skills 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Adaptable and flexible with changes in decisions and procedures 
  • Ability to anticipate and quickly absorb new information 
  • Outstanding time management skills 
  • Self-motivated and proactive 
  • Current driver’s licence and car available for work are required
