BMW & MINI Christmas
BMW and MINI have an accessories & lifestyle collection that reflect and complement the premium nature of the brands.


Challenge
Put the collection top of mind for BMW and MINI owners and enthusiasts as the ultimate gifting solution for not only Christmas but all gifting occasions.
Solution
We concepted and executed a multi-channel campaign that evoked the spirit of an Australian Christmas. Led by a suite of hero photography shot on-location in Melbourne, the campaign remained authentic to the BMW and MINI brands, while avoiding the obvious and often overdone Christmas tropes.

MyBMW App
As part of BMW’s push towards digitisation, BMW dealerships wanted to promote the capabilities of the My BMW App for new and existing customers. We were tasked with developing a suite of assets that highlighted key features including in-dealership POS with QR codes created for easy download and a content series from Germany re-purposed for AUS market.




BMW Aftersales
Focusing on the after-purchase experience, we work to develop communication that ensures every BMW driver receives premium service by taking exceptional care of our customer relationships and providing expert servicing, accessories, and spare parts support.


Conference 2023
Each year, Aftersales Managers, Service Managers and Parts Managers from BMW & MINI Dealerships are invited to participate in a Customer Support conference which offers a range of Aftersales business meetings and workshops. The theme of the 2023 conference was ‘Relax. We Care.’ To help bring it to life, we developed a suite print assets.

BMW & MINI Star-Mark tyres
Star-Mark Tyres are specially made in partnership with leading tyre brands including Bridgestone and Michelin, Our task was to give BMW and MINI owners both an aspirational and functional reason to always choose Star-mark Tyres.

BMW Service Experience
To give prospecting and existing customers a clearer overview of what a Service Experience at a BMW dealership looks like, we developed a 90 second video from existing assets, showcasing the process from end-to-end.

BMW & MINI One App
To support the launch of the updated BMW & MINI One Apps we developed a suite of App Store and Google Play assets as well as key in-dealership POS items.



BMW M Performance
BMW ran a promotion for the M3 & M4 M Performance Exhaust system. The offer was free installation for every exhausted purchased. As part of the campaign, we developed a print and digital voucher. The digital voucher was linked to customer’s apple/google play wallets which required design & development including linking to external APIs.
