Dulux – Envirosolutions

DuluxGroup is more than a client – they’re a part of the Scooter DNA. Beginning the day we opened our doors in 2015, the partnership has continued to grow and develop into an ever-evolving collaboration with many of DuluxGroup’s brands.

Leading the way to greener, more sustainable paint solutions.

Background

Dulux had two sustainability initiatives: Envirosolutions, a range focused on providing water-wash up solutions and recycled products, and Project Earth, a paint waste clean-up service for large-scale builds. 

Challenge

The goal was to combine the two initiatives into one holistic program with a consistent presence. The new program had to work across various touchpoints and encapsulate the initiatives present in both.  

There was also the added purpose of informing stakeholders about the existence of the program and prompting them to get involved.  

Solution

We evolved the Envirosolutions brand to include a consistent look, feel and messaging.

The new brand now represents all the circular economy initiatives Dulux undertakes and is applicable to various usage purposes. It also appeals to diverse audience groups and is robust enough to adapt as the offering grows. 

To demonstrate the program’s expansion into water waste clean-up, recycled plastics and collection programs, we created a circular emblem that appears as a constant thread through all materials. Its Summer Blue element signifies water management, Jade Green is environmental preservation, and Dulux Blue is the brand’s ongoing sustainability efforts. The circular nature represents a positive, progressive, future-focus.
