Kitchens U Build are a proudly Australian-owned emerging SME that designs, builds and installs home kitchens.
The challenge for Kitchens U Build was the absence of in-house marketing resources. Without these resources, KUB were struggling to drive awareness in a highly competitive market and improve customer understanding of their unique positioning that offers customers choice across all areas from design to installation.
Scooter worked with the KUB team to develop a 12-month marketing plan including the development of updated sales collateral, new promotional campaigns and management of customer communications including emails and social media platforms.
In the first 6 months on social media alone, Scooter has had a huge impact on building brand awareness and engagement with their target audience.
