Wahl Australia are a global leader in the professional, home and pet grooming industry. They came to Scooter Marketing to take on management of their social media platforms and copy creation. As the agency partner Scooter develop, manage, guide, and schedule all their digital content, including all paid digital content, across their 2 accounts, which are further broken down into 3 distinct audiences/consumers – Wahl Pro, Wahl Consumer and Wahl Pet.

Scooter was tasked with managing the annual ‘Wahl: Next Pet Model’ online promotion via a paid social campaign supported by organic content.
The campaign performed extremely well with branded assets including tile take over, short form video, hashtags and User Generated Content. The campaign ads were viewed over 2m times by 431K different people. This led to a huge engagement of 39,000 people over the month, with clicks on ads also up by over 250%. The ad’s objective was to encourage engagement, resulting in an excellent post engagement rate of nearly 10%.
