EvaKool are a proudly Australian owned and made recreational food and drink storage solutions manufacturer and supplier. They’ve been helping Aussies enjoy the outdoors with their range of quality portable fridge freezers for over 27 years. 

To launch the new Australian made range the brand needed a new campaign to reintroduce itself to contemporary Australia. 

With lockdowns easing over 2021 and the public desperate to get away, EvaKool was eager to seize the initiative and raise awareness of this iconically Australian product – built down under. 

Challenge

As we emerged from lockdown in 2021, Australians began hitting the roads to reconnect with the outdoors and enjoy some well-deserved holidays.

EvaKool saw this as the perfect opportunity to leverage the holiday occasion and drive awareness to this iconically Australian product.

To launch the new Australian made range the brand needed a new campaign to reintroduce itself to contemporary Australia.

Solution

It was only right that an iconic Australian product deserved an equally iconic ambassador. So we enlisted the help of one of the country’s most cherished comedians, Pete Rowsthorn.

Lead by a series of TVCs, the ‘Iconically Australian’ campaign utilised familiar language, unmistakable locations, relatable situations and Pete’s trademark humour for a campaign that drove home EvaKool’s key product credentials.
